General Amenities: Central HVAC, washer and dryer on premises, off-street parking, heated pool, all linens and kitchenware provided. Beach accessories provided include chairs, mats, umbrella, and plenty of buckets and toys.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware needed. Includes refrigerator, stove top, microwave, counter-top oven, coffeemaker, and disposal. Includes table with seating for 4.

Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa, TV with Cable, DVD player, board and card games.

Bedroom: Includes 2 double beds, dresser, and nightstand. Also includes phone, full-length mirror, TV/DVD Combo with Cable TV. There is a also a crib available. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Towels provided.

Courtyard: Lovely courtyard with lounge chairs, tables, heated pool, gas grill, and fountain. Also includes an outside shower to rinse off sand when returning from the beach. The courtyard is accessed from all units and enclosed with gated access.
